Live from radhaus-lauingen.de: 118 bikes and 786 parts online right now.

Radhaus Lauingen is my family’s bike shop, run by my father since 2002. I built a new website for it.
The previous website was based on an externally purchased solution. It displayed part of the inventory, but visitors had to navigate through several menus before seeing any models. Many listed bikes were also no longer available or could not be ordered.
The new website shows the current in-store selection: roughly a hundred bikes and several hundred accessories, presented in a searchable and filterable way.
It is not an online shop, and nothing is shipped. Instead, customers can add bikes and accessories to a wishlist, stored locally on their device.
I built the website with Next.js. Sanity is used for editorial content, while product data is managed through Supabase, alongside several other services and integrations.
The goal is for customers to see what’s actually in stock without having to visit the shop first. The inventory shown on the website is updated automatically, so it always reflects what’s currently available in store.
